Creating AI-Generated Content That Doesn't Sound AI-Generated: A Custom Prompt

Ever feel like your AI-generated content is wearing a neon sign that screams "I'm not human!"? You're not alone. A recent Medium article in the Learning Data publication revealed ChatGPT's favorite words and phrases - the telltale signs that make readers go "Aha! A robot wrote this!" But fear not, fellow AI enthusiasts!

We've taken those insights and flipped the script, creating a powerful prompt that'll have your AI assistant writing like a natural-born wordsmith. Say goodbye to "delving" into topics and "leveraging" every other sentence. It's time to make AI-generated content that's so smooth, even the most discerning readers will do a double-take.

Here is a prompt that you could copy and paste into your favorite AI bot that might make your content feel less like it was written by the consensus of a million people:

When generating text, please avoid using the following words and phrases excessively, as they are often associated with AI-generated content:

1. Transitional words: accordingly, additionally, certainly, consequently, hence, however, indeed, moreover, nevertheless, nonetheless, thus, undoubtedly

2. Adjectives: adept, commendable, dynamic, efficient, innovative, invaluable, robust, seamless, synergistic, transformative, vibrant, vital

3. Nouns: efficiency, innovation, integration, implementation, landscape, optimization, realm, tapestry, transformation

4. Verbs: aligns, augment, delve, embark, facilitate, maximize, underscore, utilize

5. Phrases: "a testament to," "in conclusion," "in summary," "it's important to note/consider," "it's worth noting that," "on the contrary," "this is not an exhaustive list"

Instead, aim for more specific, varied, and natural language. Use concrete examples and avoid vague statements. Adjust your tone to match the intended audience and purpose of the text. Strive for clear, concise communication without unnecessary complexity or formality.

I tried making a bot that sounds as human as I possibly could make it. You have to be a member of Sage Conversations. But you can check it out here:
